Shipping Policy

Vanguard ADA Systems uses common carriers for standard shipping. Standard shipping generally allows delivery within 7 – 14 business days from order date. Actual delivery times may vary based on the recipient’s location, items shipped, or criteria established by the carriers.

Product Availability:
All orders and shipping schedules are processed within 7 – 14 business days of orders placement.

Order Tracking:
Upon shipment Vanguard will generate a Tracking Number. To track an order please log in to your account and select Retrieve Orders. There, you will find the details of your order including a shipment tracking number. If you do not have an account, please contact customer service at (360) 668-5700 for more information.

Returns Policy

To receive a credit or refund
Please contact us within 15 days of delivery prior to returning your merchandise.

There will be a 35% restocking fee on all returned goods. All materials must be returned in their original condition, postage paid. No refunds are allowed on shipping and handling fees.
